洛杉磯2022年12月30日 /美通社/ -- 由 FF Global Partners LLC（"FFGP"）控制和管理的 FF Top 宣布提名孫可女士作為 FFGP 指定人選，以填補(bǔ)最近因前任指定人 Edwin Goh先生從 FFIE 董事會(huì)辭職而造成的空缺。
前任FF全球CEO畢福康已經(jīng)于2022年12月26日辭去FFIE董事會(huì)職務(wù)，F(xiàn)F全球CEO陳雪峰（“XF”）接替畢福康先生擔(dān)任FFIE董事會(huì)執(zhí)行董事。
孫可女士曾擔(dān)任中國(guó)福建省電動(dòng)車公司云度新能源汽車有限公司的首席財(cái)務(wù)官。2017年9月至2019年5月，孫女士擔(dān)任獨(dú)立財(cái)務(wù)顧問(wèn)并協(xié)助HoloMatic Technology Ltd的融資工作。在此之前，孫女士自2016年6月起就職于世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)北京汽車集團(tuán)的子公司北京汽車股份有限公司(HKG:1958)，并于2016年9月至2017年9月?lián)卧摴径聲?huì)秘書。在加入北京汽車之前，孫女士曾在一家中國(guó)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)公司和一家全球媒體集團(tuán)的戰(zhàn)略投資團(tuán)隊(duì)任職。 孫女士獲得中國(guó)大連海事大學(xué)國(guó)際金融法學(xué)士學(xué)位。 同時(shí)持有上海證券交易所董事會(huì)秘書證書及中國(guó)證券投資基金業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)基金從業(yè)資格證書。 孫女士憑借其在大型公司董事會(huì)治理、金融和投資方面的專業(yè)知識(shí)以及在汽車行業(yè)的廣泛背景，在 FF 董事會(huì)任職。
