北京2026年5月20日 /美通社/ -- Analog Devices,Inc. (Nasdaq:ADI)與Empower Semiconductor宣布，雙方已達成最終協(xié)議，ADI將以15億美元全現(xiàn)金交易收購Empower。

隨著AI算力規(guī)模持續(xù)擴張，功率密度(不僅僅是總功耗)已成為制約系統(tǒng)規(guī)模擴展的關鍵因素。在算力端實現(xiàn)高密度、高能效供電，并能夠快速響應不斷變化的算力負載需求，現(xiàn)已成為系統(tǒng)設計中最核心的挑戰(zhàn)之一。

交易詳情

收購協(xié)議已獲雙方董事會批準。根據(jù)協(xié)議條款，ADI將向Empower股東支付15億美元全現(xiàn)金收購價款。該交易預計將于2026年下半年完成，具體取決于慣常的交割條件，以及修訂版《1976年哈特-斯科特-羅迪諾反壟斷改進法案》規(guī)定的適用等待期（及其任何延期期限）屆滿。交易完成后，Phillips先生將作為ADI的一員，繼續(xù)領導推進IVR技術相關工作。
